When servicing at Lexus of North Miami we provide a fleet of over one hundred- twenty service loaner vehicles of the newest Lexus models available for your convenience. Loaner vehicles are provided for services, maintenance, pre-paid maintenance and warranty work. It’s another way we make it easier for our customers. *Some restrictions apply.

If visiting our facility is difficult, we have available drivers offering friendly and convenient shuttle services for vehicle pick- ups and drop offs. Scheduling ahead of time is recommended. *Some restrictions apply.

Some of our restrictions include:

• Loaners are excluded for oil changes, tire repairs, first five thousand mile services and jobs that take under one hour to complete.
• Pick up and Delivery services are available only for services or warranty work which entitles a loaner vehicle.
• Pick up and Delivery services must have appointment scheduled over the phone and are scheduled in two hour time frames.
• IN SOME CASES, RULES AND POLICIES MAY BE OVERWRITTEN ONLY BY MANAGEMENT.
