On Thursday, April 21, Lexus of North Miami hosted Backpack to the Future – a VIP kick-off reception and backpack collection fundraiser benefitting The Russell Life Skills and Reading Foundation. CBS 4 reporter Nicole Maristany emceed the event, which featured a special reading for children by former Miami Dolphin Twan Russell and Martine Zinn to celebrate the importance of educating and our youth. The reception was held as a kick-off to the backpack and school supply collection currently underway at all Craig Zinn Automotive Group dealerships, and guests were encouraged to bring a new book bag or school supply item to benefit The Russell Life Skills and Reading Foundation.
